Full-service HVAC, clearly organized.
Installation, repair, maintenance, and air quality, every service in one place, easy to compare and book.
AC Installation
We size central AC for Valencia and Stevenson Ranch two-storey tract homes, where the upstairs runs hot and the downstairs runs cold if the zoning was never done right.
AC Repair
Same-day AC repair across Newhall and Saugus. We check the older equipment this housing stock still runs, and the dust Santa Ana winds pack into the coils, before we recommend anything.
AC Maintenance
A pre-season tune-up that keeps your home cool and your energy bills steady through Santa Clarita Valley summer heat that runs well past what the LA basin sees.
Ductless Mini Split
A solid fit for hot upstairs bonus rooms in Valencia and Stevenson Ranch tract homes, older Newhall garages with no ductwork, and home office additions.
Heating Installation
Energy-efficient furnace and heat pump installs built for a valley where winter is a real second season, not an afterthought. Sized right and installed clean, every time.
Heating Repair
Same-day furnace and heat pump repair in Newhall and Saugus. Our trucks stock the parts older systems in this housing stock need most.
Heating Maintenance
An annual heating tune-up that gets your home ready for a Santa Clarita Valley winter, which unlike most of the LA basin, actually gets cold.
Indoor Air Quality
Whole-home filtration, UV purifiers, and ventilation upgrades for Santa Clarita Valley homes dealing with Santa Ana winds and canyon dust.
Ductwork Services
Duct inspection, sealing, and repair for older Newhall and Saugus homes and two-storey Valencia tract houses, where long attic runs hurt comfort and drive up bills.
Smart Thermostat
Nest, Ecobee, or Honeywell thermostat installs built for a valley with two real seasons, summer heat and genuine winter cold, with app setup and zone programming included.

Fast Response Across Newhall
We answer your call directly and schedule most repairs same-day or next-day. Our team knows Newhall's neighborhoods, from Old Town to the Canyons, so we route efficiently and arrive when we say we will.
Written Estimate Before We Start
After diagnosing the issue, we provide a written estimate with clear pricing. No surprise fees, no up-charges for weekend calls, just the honest cost to get your system working again.
Insured & Bonded Techs Handle the Work
Every technician on our trucks is insured and bonded and has worked in Newhall for years. They know the local equipment, attic configurations, and the specific challenges of cooling older ranch-style homes and newer developments alike.
Most Repairs Finished in One Visit
Our trucks carry the capacitors, contactors, blower motors, and thermostats that fail most often on Santa Clarita Valley systems, so the majority of repairs are finished on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you exactly what it is and what it costs before we leave. We take calls 24/7, including nights and weekends.
Follow-Up and Service Guarantee
After we finish, we test the system and walk you through what we did. If anything goes wrong with the repair within our guarantee period, we return at no extra charge, backed by over 30 years serving this community.

Newhall AC & Heating was built around one principle: tell customers what they actually need. In Newhall's mix of housing styles and climates, that means understanding each home before recommending any solution.
Every diagnosis covers how the system handles triple-digit summer days and freezing valley nights, what equipment actually fits a Valencia two-story or an older Saugus unit, and any HOA paperwork your community requires before we start.
We size for the Santa Clarita Valley's real swings, not average weather, keep ductwork and coils clear of Santa Ana dust, and tell you plainly when a repair still has years left in it.

4 areas found
Newhall
Newhall and the southern Santa Clarita Valley
Newhall's 1970s and 1980s tract homes carry all of their ductwork through an attic that bakes through the afternoon, so sealing and insulating the supply trunk buys more comfort than a larger condenser does. Many of those houses still run the original furnace with a cooling coil added to it later, which means a heat pump conversion starts by checking whether the service panel has room for the new circuit.
Lancaster
Lancaster and the Antelope Valley
Lancaster homes carry the heaviest cooling loads in the county, and newer tract construction often runs packaged rooftop units while older ranch properties use split systems with attic ductwork. Duct leakage into a scorching unconditioned attic costs far more here than down in the basin, so sealing and deep attic insulation come before any move to larger equipment.
Palmdale
Palmdale and the western Antelope Valley
Palmdale's desert tract homes and planned community builds run their ductwork through attics that get punishingly hot, so sealing that trunk and burying it in added insulation often does more for comfort than a larger condenser. Ranch style properties on bigger parcels frequently sit far from the service point, so a heat pump conversion has to clear both panel capacity and the length of the new circuit run.
Santa Clarita
Santa Clarita and the northern LA County communities
Santa Clarita's planned community homes are largely two story with one system and all the ductwork in the attic, so upstairs bedrooms overheat every afternoon unless the system is zoned or a second small unit is added. Those attics reach punishing temperatures, which makes sealing and insulating the supply trunk the highest value part of most replacements, while hillside custom residences add long line sets and awkward condenser access.
